1) If they find out that you need additional parts or labor they will give you a call, give you a quote for the added costs and ask permission to make repairs. So, no hidden repair costs! This is exactly what they did in my case and it was nice to know what was going on.
2) sales staff were knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills
My grandma had her back brakes on her truck done. She dropped it off at 930am and didn't receive it back until 1130 am THE NEXT DAY. they keep it 24 hrs to do brakes. Said they got busy. She was a customer so I don't see why they kept pushing her truck back. Price was ridiculous considering they were 30 bucks at auto zone. She just didn't have anyone to do them so had to go to a shop.

2) When I went to pay the cost was exactly what they had quoted me and they actually did me a favor and did not bill me for the quote on getting my A/C fixed, which is going to be a chore apparently. They also printed me off a detailed quote with the labor built in so when I am ready I can get it fixed and know exactly what I am in for.

3) they set an appointment and gave me a fairly accurate time-frame. Also, if you have an appointment you can make plans to be without your car. (just sayin')
they sold me out of round tires both times I was there. Tried to convence me it was my wheels, so had them checked. I drove my car in and my truck in on wore out tires and it drove better on the old ones than the new ones, so I would suggest not buying any tires from this place. I bought better tires from another place that were IN ROUND AND DIDNT SHAKE FOR HALF THE PRICE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! RIP OFFS!!!

3) I was going to pick my car up the next day because I didn't have a ride and THEY PICKED ME UP!!!! I couldn't believe how they went out of their way to help me! That being said, I don't think that this is a service they offer, but I happened to live very close. Still, I was blown away at the excellence that this company offers.
