I was not surprise to see that this place had low ratings. I go in there and the lady behind the counter was on a personal call. Sorry but I don't want to hear about whose who video chatting who. And then acted like I was being rude. Good grief. Where is the checks and balances with all this?! And why aren't the people working there at least a lil friendly. I work with the public too, and I would never take a phone call in front of customers, but where I work at we need the customers where as the water co. There's is no getting out of that.

HORRIBLE customer service!! Water rates are crazy high. Yet they leave leaks for months before fixing them???
I have been living in Oliver Springs for years and today they shut my water off. They stated I did not pay my bill ( I did pay it and always do pay). They charged me a 75.00 fee and after explaining my situation would not drop the fee. They transferred me to the mayor of Oliver Springs who stated he could not do anything about it because they just took out a 3.5 million dollar loan and that the towns people voted that no one gets a break. I asked for a copy of this voted ordinance and he hung up on me. So unprofessional. I am disappointed in this company and that they have a monopoly that charges outrageous amounts for services people need to survive.
