These people are thieves. Plain and simple. They charged 800 bucks to euthanize my dog. Liars and thieves. I wouldn't take a worm to them. I highly suggest going to your local hardware store before going to this Vet. They should be ashamed but that requires a conscious.
This is by far the best animal hospital I've ever been to!! They are all so sweet and treat my fur baby with so much love and care! They were also very understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment for Titus. I'm so happy to be taking my babies to them!
All we can say about the service is another outstanding job by Dr.Osborne and her staff ,they treated Peggy like there own and us like family.
When we moved to Tennessee, we didn't have a vet for our cat, Buddy. Buddy was healthy and happy. When we adopted a kitten, we had no idea how old he was or if he was healthy. We took Ravenclaw in to see Dr. Osborne and what a pleasant experience it was. The staff and Doctor were AMAZING!! Since then, we've taken both our cats in to have their rabies shot and get up to date on vaccinations and a few other procedures. If you're looking for a new veterinarian, I would highly suggest Dr. Osborne.
Just picked up our Peggy from having her bath and nails done .with there monthly special a good deal.
Highly recommend Tri-state Small Animal hospital to anyone who needs a vet.
Love the care they have given our cats. Dr. Osborne and office assistants couldn't be kinder or more helpful, especially in an emergency situation with our one cat. The office is clean and inviting. We highly recommend this clinic.
