First call was a provider under my home warranty. Took the deductible and never did any work. Never answered their phone. Left messages, none returned. Complained to the home warranty company. Horrible Horrible company!!!!
Horrible company to wk with only reason we used them was because the home warranty uses these crooked company
I called on a Thursday to have a plumber come to my house and look at a water pump, made the apt for the following Wednesday. The following Monday I got a call and text from the plumber stating he had been waiting at my residence for over 30 mins. After I explained to him that the apt I had made was for Wednesday, he asked me what time. I told him it was supposed to be between 8-12 on wednesday, not Monday morning at 8am. The plumber then told me that he would be back Wednesday between those hours. It's now Wednesday, the day my actual apt was initially scheduled for, and First Call Plumbing has failed to send anyone out there. I understand scheduling mishaps happen from time to time, but no one ever answers the main office number, or the emergency number they have listed on their answering machine so I could reschedule. I also left 2 messages that weren't returned.
