Just wanted to say I stayed for my first time here last weekend,it was the coolest and friendliest place I have ever been to!bought a side by side and went here for my first experience trail riding and had a blast!mr John was very nice and very accommodating,my mother and her husband got a room and also had another couple staying with them,then I,my son,and my daughter had a room,when John seen he has a empty room he immediately gave the extra room to the couple that came with my mother for free just so they wasn't cramped all in one room!to me that alone speaks in volumes!!i will see you soon mr john!thanks for everything!wouldnt go anywhere else when I come to ride coal creek trails!!!!

Stayed here for the Race to Riches in Aug and was very satisfied with the lots and the full hook ups. Just now booked a spot for the Spring Jamboree. A bonus is it’s very close to the trails. Not have to worry with going though camp ground and check points long ride on asphalt like over at Windrock. That was my favorite thing about it. And Mr John runs a tight ship and if your loud and raise hell then this is not place. He most helpful and a great guy. :)
The weekend of August 27th 2016, we got to experience this sweet little place. When we got to the "Red Barn" it was totally not what I was expecting. We were greeted by the sweetest man. His name is Mr.John, the landlord. He informed us that he had a cancellation last minute then gave us the option. To upgrade to a different room. Well it was more of a 3 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen with all necessities,full bath 3 bedrooms,one with a/c in the room and full bed and dresser the other had one twin bed and the last has two twin beds. Has a nice little living room with a laundry room (supplies for laundry were included) plus a little patio. This place was amazing. We will be staying there any time we visit Windrock.
I wanted to post this because no one really says anything about the rooms. I've seen almost all of them and this is such a great place with amazing hospitality.
All you need to take for the room is food, maybe ice the rest is covered. All the way to the towels in the bathroom.
Over priced. Full hookups...no cable, no bathhouse. No laundry.
