Love Windrock Park Campgrounds! We have tent camped and stayed in a cabin at this location. The cabins are neat, clean and comfortable. The tent camping spots are nice sized, well maintained and easy to access. The bathhouses are some of the cleanest, nicest I have ever seen. Always has hot water for showers, toilet stalls are always clean and well stocked.
A great place to camp and ride your UTV’s. Host are friendly and helpful. Campground is clean and well organized with lots of space between campers. Large parking areas for Day riders with any degree of difficulty you are looking for.
We chose a campsite before riding our trails, but we got back too late to try making primitive camp (23 and snowing with no firewood, brr!). But driving through the area ahead of time showed us that we'd be back. And next time we'll bring the pop-up camper. :)
Came down from Minnesota, had AWESOME TIME! we will be back next yr. Only complaint is that our cabin didn't have tv
